Terms of Service

You are responsible for activity under your organization and for keeping API keys secret. Keys can be scoped and rate-limited; you must rotate or revoke a key you believe is compromised. We may suspend keys that show abusive patterns.

The Service is prepaid in credits. You are charged per successful request based on the published price for the model used; failed requests are not charged. Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider; balances are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once consumed.

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, generate CSAM or other prohibited content, attempt to bypass moderation or rate limits, or resell access in violation of upstream provider terms. Inputs are screened by content moderation before any paid call; we may block or remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

Outputs are produced by third-party providers and may be inaccurate. Model availability, versions, and prices can change; we surface a catalog and gate new models, but we do not warrant any specific model or result. Your use of a model is also subject to that provider’s usage policies.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modelplex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
