Privacy Policy

Account data (organization, email, hashed password, role). Usage metadata (model, token/credit counts, timestamps, status) for billing and analytics. Payment data is handled by our payment provider; we store only a transaction reference, never card numbers.

We do not log prompt or completion content, request bodies, or API keys (enforced by a CI guard). Prompt/output content is transmitted to the selected upstream provider to fulfill your request and may be processed by them under their terms. Generated media is re-hosted to our storage and served via short-lived signed URLs.

The console stores a session token in your browser to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A cookie/consent banner will be added where required by your jurisdiction.

Account and billing records are retained as needed for the service and legal/accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by contacting support@modelplex.ai. Deleting an organization removes its associated records.

Secrets are server-side only and never exposed to the browser or logs. Transport is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is restricted and audited.
